How can I make a return?

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges at this time however, if you have any issues with your order pleae email [email protected].

My product arrived damage. What can I do?

  • Quality is one of our priorities here at ItsHome. If for any reason your product is damaged, please contact us via email along with at least 2 attached pictures showing the damages. Expect a reply in about 24-48 hours upon sending the email so that we can process a replacement for you. 

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

  • It can take between 1-3 days to process your order and 10-20 days for item to be delivered. *Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, expect a temporary delay in the delivery times.*

Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time we do not offer international shipping. Only shipping addresses in the United States will be delivered to.
